Sound Healing
Everything is energy and has a vibration. When we are at our best, we vibrate at a healthy frequency that is in balance with nature. Tuning forks and crystal sound bowls vibrate at frequencies that can create specific healing and releasing opportunities in a way that is similar to the release experienced by many people from EMDR, EFT, Magnetic Therapy, or energy healing such as Reiki.
Think about the vibrations that you feel from music, traffic or other sounds all around you. How do different sounds affect your mood or energy level? Allowing your body systems, bones and skin vibrate along with specific healing frequencies is a healthy way to create feelings of relaxation, clarity and well-being.
Kristen offers two types of Sound Healing: Crystal Bowl Sound Baths and Individual Energy Healing with Tuning Forks*.

Solfeggio Crystal Bowl Healing
Kristen uses the full range of nine Solfeggio Crystal Sound Bowls, each infused with other healing crystals, for an amazing healing sound experience including The Frequency of Love (528 Hz) and the Frequency of God (963 Hz). Participants sit in chairs or on the floor and listen as Kristen guides them into a unique healing experience that is actually based in science. The bowls are played to encourage the special 111 Hz frequency and other healing harmonic frequencies to synchronize with the week’s specific healing focus.

Group Sound Baths are perfect for relaxation, deepening meditation or yoga practices, balancing chakra energy, and creating memorable shared experiences.
Kristen is also available to come to your studio, facility, home gathering or event to provide soothing Sound Healing for any group occasion. This is a fantastic way to share healing with your clients, staff, family or friends.
Individual Energy Healing with Tuning Forks
Kristen provides personalized energy healing for individuals using Solfeggio and Fibonacci weighted and unweighted tuning forks along with Tibetan sound bowls (on body) and the crystal Merkaba pyramid.
The participant sits on a chair or lies on a massage table for this treatment. Kristen energetically tunes in to the Biofield of each individual to figure out where the healing is needed and which tools are best. Sessions last about 45 minutes. Kristen uses energy as she works and “tunes” the body by listening for the changes in the sound’s resonance that indicate balance.
This is a great treatment for people who are stuck in negative patterns, feel a lack of balance, or have a specific energy issue to address or clear. Clients have reported feeling fresh and renewed after a treatment with increased clarity. There have also been studies that indicate that tuning forks can be beneficial to increase well-being in people with addiction, grieving and certain aliments including neurological disorders.
