We begin with some breathing to slow down, focus and relax. Then we move into a brief, guided meditation to help direct the healing energy of the singing bowls. Solfeggio crystal sound bowls infused with gems are then played to enhance and intensify the experience (press the Sound Healing tab below for more information). A Reiki Master Teacher will be available most Sundays to provide Reiki healing as we meditate and (briefly) individually for those who are interested. Each week there is a specific healing focus and the bowls are played in harmony to go along with the healing of the week. After the meditation you can go about your day or you can stay for a short talk where you will be invited to ask questions about meditation, sound healing, spiritual topics or to share your experience. The practice takes about an hour.

No experience necessary. No religious affiliation or politics. The goal is to provide a safe, peaceful space for anyone who wants to join.

No one will ever be forced to participate in Reiki or any other practice. This is a group of peace and acceptance without judging. Contact Kristen for more information or with any questions.

Office is accessible. Bathrooms available. Plenty of parking. Participants are invited to sit comfortably on chairs or on the floor. Please bring a mat if you choose to sit on the floor. Thank you!!
